The World
Halcyon: A vertical city divided into six tiers.
Built inside a coastal basin ringed by sheer granite cliffs, Halcyon didn't expand outward — it stacked upward. Towers lean against towers, connected by sky-bridges, pneumatic conduits, and abandoned freight cables.
When heavy weather rolls in from the basin, fog buries the lower three tiers while the upper spires catch the neon light of the corporate sector above.
Architecture of Danger
Every district dictates a different swing style.
In Northreach, glass curtain walls offer zero anchor points except structural corner spires. In Railspur, narrow alleyways allow tight, rapid pendulum redirects off rusted iron girders.
The environment is never passive: wind shears between towers can throw a grapple trajectory off by twenty feet in an instant.

Selected District
Northreach
The penthouse sector where high-tension spires cut through upper cloud layers. Home to the city's executive council and private security networks.
Vertical Altitude: 1,200m - 1,800m
Grapple Density: High Risk / Sparse Anchors
District 01
Northreach — High Spires & Cloud Layers
Northreach represents Halcyon's pinnacle of wealth and corporate authority. Gleaming steel towers pierce through perpetual rain fog, creating isolated sky-islands connected only by high-security sky-bridges. Swinging here requires long-range pneumatic grapples and nerves steel enough to tolerate 1,500-foot drops into cloud cover below.
District 02
Glass Harbor — Commercial Mirrors
Built along the inner basin, Glass Harbor features massive mirrored curtain walls that reflect neon advertisements across dark harbor waters. The district's architecture offers treacherous anchor points; polished glass surfaces force the courier to target structural window frames and cantilevered LED balconies.
District 03
Railspur — Transit Arches & Heavy Steel
The industrial backbone of the lower mid-levels. Railspur is a chaotic web of automated freight monorails, elevated steam pipes, and rusted iron trusses. It provides the densest grapple anchors in the city, enabling acrobatic momentum redirects and rapid low-altitude pursuits.
District 04
Blackwater — Flooded Spillways
The lowest inhabited zone, perpetually submerged in runoff from upper district cooling towers. Blackwater's narrow alleys are lined with makeshift pontoon walkways and flickering neon soup stalls. Here, a missed grapple means plunging into icy, polluted harbor currents.
District 05
Cinder Row — Burned Out Blocks
A sprawling ten-block radius abandoned after the 2041 power grid explosion. Cinder Row consists of hollowed-out concrete shells and exposed rebar. It serves as the courier's refuge and secret transit corridor between upper and lower Halcyon.
District 06
Crown Heights — Council Palaces
Heavily fortified residential estate towers belonging to Halcyon's ruling families. Guarded by automated anti-grapple laser grids and private drone patrols, Crown Heights is the ultimate high-risk infiltration zone in the film's third act.
